After 17+ years of photographing people, I can tell you the shot has very little to do with the camera features and everything to do with how you feel in your body.
I'm also a trained embodiment coach and yoga instructor, which means I actually know how to help you get there. We work with your breath and your nervous system before we ever touch the camera. I teach you some quick tips on how to pose and look more relaxed. The rest is cake!
